It would appear that you're a member of a team account, belonging to whatever group is masked in your screenshot, and you're about to save files to the shared team space. All other members of the team account also have access to the team space, so anything you save there will be visible to the entire team. If that's not what you intend, then you need to save the files to your own member folder so only you will have access.
