Hello Guys,

I want to access the information I deleted 2-3 months ago. How can we make this possible? I saw that if I upgraded my account, I could view the trash for up to 180 days. Will it work to raise my account to see my history? I need your help with this.

Hi,

I'm afraid those files are not recoverable. The files are permanently removed after 30 days. To have a 180 day recovery window you need to be a paying user at the point of deletion. It isnt retroactive.
