Something is broken with my Dropbox account. Suddenly more than a TB of my files are missing. My most important files. I'm a designer and these are ALL my major design files over the past 5 years. I need to contact support but I am just being routed in circles. I've looked at help forums for how to contact them and I follow the steps to go to locate the chat, but there is no option to chat. There is also no option to submit a ticket. I need help and have no way to contact them.
I have a professional plan and there should be no issue with getting chat support. Would anyone be able to assist?
