Hi guys I am having a problem with my files couldn't be automatically unzipped any clue why and how can I fix it?

Would you be able to share some additional info with me, in order to grasp the situation here? 

 

As far as I understand you downloaded some content from Dropbox that you have issues when trying to unzip them? 

 

How did you download them, and what is the exact error you're receiving?
