File missing

I have one video which I have shared with one of my family member in the year July 2016, it is my mother's last video.
&nbsp;
Today, I have searched and it is not there.

Was it a link you needed to click on or was it a file you accessed via www.dropbox.com/home&nbsp;?

Hi Mark,I have shared the documents 7 years back,I had created a Dropbox account I guess at that time which does not have any files in it and right now it is showing as https://www.dropbox.com/s/jyj6793dzu5bb8b/023.mp4?dl=0Thanks

Was it over 12 months ago?

Unfortunately if its over 12 months then the account will have been deleted for inactivity 😞

There is no way to recover an account, or data, once its been removed for this.&nbsp;https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/email-about-inactive-account
