Changing the video Thumbnail Photo/ poster frame

Is it possible to change a video poster/ thumbnail of the image in the share links?

I was thinking of creating presentation screens in something like PowerPoint, and then directing clients to view and comment on that, but that dunna work either captain! You have to go into PowerPoint online to make the video play. So, in short, this just sucks. We need the option to replace the poster frame with something relavent!

I've shared several videos and never know where the thumbnail will fall.  I don't agree that it's around the 8th frame because I've checked it with several of my videos and it is inconsistent.  We need this feature to properly use videos on DB, really.
