Can I recover a deleted account or the files that were stored there?

A few days ago my grandson thought he was helping me by deleting files, apps, etc. that were taking up space as long as they weren’t used often. He deleted my Dropbox account because all he saw were cross stitch patterns that I no longer used. He didn’t realize and neither did I that many, many other files were kept in Dropbox. That included a folder of all the dogs that I’ve rescued or adopted over the past 23 years. Is there anyway to recover those photos? I can live with nothing else being recovered, but all those the dog photos mean the world to me.

Hey @halfapug - sorry to hear about this.

I'm afraid if the account was deleted as you mentioned, we won't be able to help recover the account or any of the files that were stored there.

I wish I had a better answer for you.
