There is 1 file that cannot be synchronized. The synchronization problem shows that "Files in this folder are being used by Windows Explorer, so they cannot be synchronized. Please close the file to resume syncing". I tried closing all folders, restarting my computer, and restarting Dropbox, still unable to sync

Hi,

Thanks for your help. I’ve already solved the problem by signing out and signing back in, which refreshed the syncing.

Thanks again!

Hey @tina tang! Welcome to our Community.

Can you send over a screenshot of what you see exactly? It may be easier to have a visual first.

Other than that, I’d like to know the app version of your Dropbox app.

Let me know, when you’ve got more info.
