hello i received files in my email that i should open via dropbox but when i want to download them it says enter the password of email i enter the password and im sure that is correct but it says its wrong information. how can i download the files?

You need to ask whoever sent you the links and files for what password they set. Its not your email one its one chosen by the sender.

Hey keoplus, thanks for letting us know about this.
Can you please clarify if you were asked to login to your Dropbox account to access the files?
And were the files sent to you through a link? Or were you invited to a shared folder?
If you can send us a screenshot of the error you received, it would be really helpful.
Just make sure to hide any personal info on the screenshot.
Thanks!
