i can upload to the dropbox folder and see files - but not able to share a link??

We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because you’ve exceeded bandwidth limits. Check your email for instructions on how to resolve this.
Thanks for clarifying. Banned links seems to be the issue then (for more info, you can check the link I Included above).
Is this the first time you’re having trouble with this? If yes, the ban should be lifted after 24h.

It is 24 hours for your first ban and longer each after that.
If its still banned after a few days it could be due to a breach of service so you'll need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support.

Your Basic plan includes access to our Help Center, Community and Chatbot.
