Hi, I need help. I have super fast internet and super slow upload speeds from dropbox, I was able to upload 150 photos in less than 2 minutes now it takes 20 minutes. I bought a new computer thinking that was the problem but is happening on both of them. I have had the internet company over 4 times trying to figure out what is wrong. My neighbor is a computer engineer and could not find anything wrong with my computers nor my connections. Why is dropbox upload so slow now? I need it fixed for work. Please help
Hey @Joshua G12, let's jump right into this!
Would you mind clarifying if you're using the app, or our website when uploading your content?
If you're using our app, feel free to clarify the app's current version and the device's OS too. Did you notice when this first started happening?
I'll be waiting for your update!

Hey @Joshua G12, could you check if there is a limit on the bandwidth in the Dropbox desktop application?
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

Hey @Joshua G12, what is the current sync status of the app now?
You can see that by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray.

Hey @Joshua G12, what is the file size of the content we're talking about, and how long did it take for the content to sync?
You mentioned 150 photos, and about 20 minutes so I am assuming we're talking about small files, right?
If you locate your Dropbox folder locally, and right click to check its properties; how many files do you see there?
