The problem of large-scale synchronization

I am selecting a folder, but all other data is being synchronized to the hard disk as well. For some reason, the synchronization files have reached 250,000, which is filling up the hard disk and causing the computer to slow down. Everything is set to "Online Only" for synchronization.

Hey @natsuna - sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please clarify your computer's exact OS version, and the status and version of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your system tray/menu bar?

 

Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome!
