Mystery folder only appears on website, doesn’t exist on desktop app
I have a very important folder in my Dropbox that I used daily, and I am unable to access it on the desktop app (I can only access from the website). It just doesn’t exist, neither do the files within it.
I was instructed by Dropbox to delete it and re-download the newest version. I did, where it asked me which folders I would like to sync from my account to computer, and they were all checked, including my important folder. Once the files had synced, the folder/contents aren’t there. I have absolutely no idea how to fix it, and it’s honestly driving me a little crazy. The folder is shareable, I’m lost. Thanks

I think what's likely happening is that the folder has been setup to be excluded on the Desktop. You can follow the instructions here to ensure this folder is selected for syncing on your device.

But looking at your message, it looks like you already did that.
When you say you see the folders but not the files - just wanted to confirm - do you see the list of files in there but they are 0 byte, or do you not see the same contents as what's available on the web?If the former - you can right click the folder and select "Make available offline" to force download the files.
