Missing some files after moving folder to Dropbox on Windows

Missing some files after moving folder to Dropbox on Windows

I have my Dropbox synchronized with Windows 11 so I can see my Dropbox folder in Files Explorer, I downloaded my photos from GoPro Plus to my PC and then I moved the folder to DropBox, but half of the files are missing now.

Hi @konradps, thanks for using Dropbox and happy Monday!

May I ask if you gave the Dropbox desktop app enough time to sync your files? Can you have a look at your taskbar and let us know if the app is 'up to date' or still syncing perhaps?

Do you see the missing files on the website by the way, be it on the homepage or the events page?

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
