We are being bounced off the screen for inputting the e-mail addys of signators and on to the next screen. We cannot use our template.
I see a similar sounding issue happened Jan. 12. Is anyone else currently experiencing this (Jan. 25, 2024) ?

Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting and clarify what plan you're on at the moment?

Thank you Walter. This morning, after posting here and submitting a Help Ticket, the template accepted typing the name of the signer. I am about 99.9% positive that this was a repeat of a Jan. 12 System Issue:

Help Ticket Response did not acknowledge my mention of the system issue and offered the 'it's you, not me' advice to : change your browser, clear your browser--they left out reboot your pc.
For future reference, here is a screen shot(albeit tiny) showing that as soon as we dared type in that Name box, we'd get bounce out.
We seem to be back to having a fully functional template again.
