How can I prevent a folder from syncing to my work PC?

How can I prevent a folder from syncing to my work PC?

I have a personal Dropbox account and multiple devices with the Dropbox app installed.

I have downloaded the Dropbox app onto a company work PC.

When selecting which files and folders to sync, I selected only a single folder from my personal Dropbox account that is to appear on the work PC.

I neglected to uncheck several standalone files that were in that folder that I  do not wish to appear on the work PC.  🙄

I moved those files to a newly created folder called Standalone Files on the browser app, but the work PC synchronized this and my issue is not resolved.

How do I eliminate this folder from my work PC only, without removing access to my other shared devices?

Hi @KRLV, thanks for messaging the Community!

You can use selective sync to deselect that folder from syncing on your work machine, and it will still be visible on the site and your personal machines.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!
