Folders created with !!! at the front can't be synched in Mac Desktop

Ok this is extremely annoying - I've created several folders with !!! at the beginnings of their name online on dropbox. They can be read in the app on IOS devices. They can't be red on my MAC de...

    This was the solution - the folders with !! had not been checked to update in the Mac App for some reason. I simply checked them and they updated. 

    Why they became unchecked is another matter altogether but hey.

Will do - the folder is there because if I create a new one on the mac it gives me a 'sync conflict' message,
