Hi! This is a new issue I'm having that just started randomly!
I use dropbox through safari on my MacBook! I have WAV audio files downloaded onto my computer that I used to be able to just drag and drop into a Dropbox folder. They would take a few minutes to upload depending on file size but it always went smoothly! Now all of a sudden, the last few times I've gone to upload files they stay in the "in queue" status in the upload box. Never moving, never uploading! Help please!
Hi @Elyse22! Thanks for letting us know about this here.
What’s the approximate size of these last .wav files you mention? Are you uploading them all at once, or one by one?
Have you noticed the same behavior via different browsers on your computer?
Can you try to upload another type of file (a document, for example), and let me know what happens?
Give me a nudge, when you’ve got more updates.

Hi! I just tried a small jpg file and same thing! It just says "in queue" but then never starts uploading! This is definitely a new issue. It used to work seamlessly on my safari and then all of a sudden last week this started!
Hmm, I see. Did you also try this out via a different browser, and it didn’t make a difference?

No....I have all of my work materials on safari! And it's always worked on there up until now!
Hey @Elyse22 - sorry to jump in here, but could you let us know if you've tried clearing your browser's cache since you first noticed this or a private browsing window with no extensions or plugins running?

No apologies necessary! I appreciate the help!! I haven't cleared anything. I'm not sure if it's private or not? How would I go about that?
Thanks so much for your help!
Hi @Elyse22, you can how to clear your cache here.
As for the incognito mode, here is how to check, and access an incognito tab in order to check if everything works the same way there.

I'm having the same issue. I have never had this happen. I was able to upload all but 4 of my files. The last 4 have been "in the queue" for an hour now. Did you happen to find a solution? Thanks!
Sorry to hear that, @AFramePhotos.
Have you tried uploading your files using a different browser or a private browsing/incognito window, to see if you get a different behavior?
