Files and Folders not showing on PC

When on my PC, a large amount of my folders/files show. However, there are some that do not appear on my PC. How can I make those folders show on the PC?

    There’s two possibilities for what you’re experiencing. Since you’ve mentioned that some are not on your PC, this means they’re visible either on the site or another device.

if there is a funny symbol it won't work. in particular the " | " vetrical slash causes this
