Error on Safari on two different devices.

Error on Safari on two different devices.

Today DropBox stopped working correctly for me on Safari.  On two different computers (both Macs running Safari) I get an Error screen saying something went wrong.  After hours of receiving the same message on the two different computers, I decided to try using Firefox.  It worked fine on Firefox while still giving me an error page on Safari.  It was working yesterday on Safari on both machines just fine.  What happened and how can this be corrected?

Yesterday it just started working again on both machines.  I didn't do anything to fix the problem.  So, I can't tell you what the problem was or how it got fixed or what to do the next time something like this happens.  It's a complete mystery to me.

Same thing happened to me. I switched to another browser and it worked. Worked on my iPhone too. I'd like to know what is going on as well. Maybe it's because I have older Macs and can't update my Safari since I am running High Sierra 🤔

Hey @StephenParr & @Brenda S.3, wishing you a great Monday ahead!

Just wanted to check in with you about this. Do you still face the same issue?

Have you tried clearing the browser's cache, then trying again?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

That’s what happened to me. I tried for about two days then suddenly it was back up.
