Re: Drop box running slow

Dropbox is very slow when I'm prepping a document with Sign.

When I am trying to prepare a document to send out to sign, drop box goes at a snails pace and just keeps loading and loading. Does anyone know how to make it work faster?

Hey @short1981, how are you today?

Have you tried using a different browser altogether, or clearing the cache on your current one, and then trying again?

If not, can you give it a go, and let me know how it goes?

Thank you!

Yes I tried both of those and no luck. I am still seeing the repetitive "Preparing documents" and it never does. It just loads and loads.

Hi @short1981, is it possible that the file size is too large, as the maximum supported size if 40 MB or 500 pages?

Can you also try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, and even resetting your browser entirely?

I tried incognito and got this error:

In order for you to send for signature, Dropbox Sign needs access to third-party cookies. Please try again after ensuring that:
Your browser is not in incognito mode.
You don’t have any browser extensions that are blocking third-party cookies.

Hey @short1981, can you attach a screenshot of the screen you see on your end, please?
