Dropbox can't sync a few files which are NOT in my Dropbox folder

About six files are involved. They will not synch, and don't appear to be in my Dropbox folder. 

All are about my Acronis program which has to do with my PC's SSD.

Hey @bmpress, thanks for reaching out to us.

In order for your files to sync to your Dropbox account, they'll actually need to be in your Dropbox folder.

How are you trying to sync them through that program you're referring to?

Or do you mean that they're synced on a different computer, but they're not syncing on this particular one?

Once I have more info, I'll be able to assist you further.
