Dropbox Capture not accessing camera

When I create screen recording with the camera, using Dropbox Capture, it used to work, but now my WebCam is not accessed, and my profile picture is there instead. Restarting the app doesn't help. I have double check that my WebCam is chosen in the app's preferences.

(It's a Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920 - and like I say it did work previously.) Help?

Hey @DavidW2, sorry to see you're having this issue with Dropbox Capture.

 

When did this issue start happening?

 

Have you tried unplugging the camera and plugging it again, to see if that helps?

 

If not, can you send us a screenshot of the app's preferences, showing that your camera is chosen?
