Clients are complaining about a barely visible link to download the files in a DropBox Transfer
Good morning, I've been using Dropbox Transfer for at least a couple of years now, preferring it over WeTransfer to send my completed work to clients. Until some time ago, everything was fine, and the clients received everything without any problems.
Recently, however, my clients are struggling to find the link to download the content of the Transfers, as they get confused by Dropbox asking for an account or at least registration. In reality, at the bottom of the popup, there is a very small message where it is possible to download the Transfer content without having to register or log in.
Well, I'm starting to feel a bit dissatisfied with this service. I'm a paying customer and I use Dropbox Transfer to allow quick downloads of what I sell, which are my files.
Why does Dropbox make it complicated to achieve this?
Couldn't it be made clearer?
Thank you.
