Hi Mike
If you mean the root of your Dropbox directory that's not possible. It would be possible, however to create and share a folder inside the root and then give everybody access to that though.

I see. If I have multiple folders in root, then can I share all those folders to users? So like a select all and share them out?
I'm only seeing that I can only share each folder one-by-one rather than selecting like 30 folders at once and sharing them with a user.

You would have to share them separately. The other option is to create a new folder in your Dropbox, move all of the other folders into it, and then share that folder.
