I have been uploading pictures and videos from the website for weeks with no problem. However, I checked the status of my recent upload and it has not moved in 12 hours.
I have 3.5% used of 1026GB and Dropbox is up to date. These files are not syncing to my computer as I'm trying to back everything to get rid of this iMac.
What do I do? I'm afraid of not knowing where this stopped on uploads if I quit. Will it pick back up? Do I wait it out?
I looked at the cache and it only has today's files.

The upload gives me a message indicating that there is 6 minutes left to complete my upload and that there are 43 files left. However, 6 minutes has turned into an hour with nothing showing but the same message and a spinning sprocket(?) which seems to indicate that it is attempting to upload the remainder of the files. What should I do? I hope that my question is clear.

I have to upload several folders of photographs every day. Unfortunately this takes way too long.
Here's what I have to do when trying to upload folders, usually with 10 to 50 photos of about 600 KB each. At some point it tells me I have a static number of minutes left and a static number of files to go. It's stalled at that point with an unchanging number of minures and number of files left. The wheels go 'round and 'round, but nothing is happening.
My work around at that point is to see which ones didn't go, then close the page, open another, then re-drag the remaining ones over. Sometimes this happens repeatedly. By the way, the files seem to load from the bottom up.
This adds hours to my already 12 hour work day. Can't dropbox just work like it's s'posed to?
I have one file .docx 22MB stalling at "1 second left". I have seen no answers here, Any help?
Hi @Peter Hirst; sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser and let us know if you get any different results?
