Thanks for posting here, trots.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand you’re mostly using camera uploads to automatically upload your videos, right?
In case you haven’t tried to reinstall the app so far, please give these steps a go and let me know if they help:
1) Clear the cache on your Dropbox app (this may affect files that are still pending and haven’t uploaded to your Dropbox account, so make sure they're still saved on your local device).
- Tap the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner of the screen
- Tap the gear icon labeled "Settings" at the bottom of the menu list
- Scroll to “Privacy” & select “Clear cache"
2) Uninstall the Dropbox App
3) Sign out from the Play store
4) Restart your device
5) Sign into the Play Store
6) Download and Install Dropbox
7) Try to sign into your Dropbox account
Keep me posted for any updates!
