A client doesn't get email confirmation, when adding files to our file requests
Hi there, my company uses File Requests for our clients & subcontractors to submit required paperwork to us. We are having issues with one of our clients not getting upload receipts when she uses our File Request upload. We are receiving her documents but she is not getting confirmation. Here is the feedback she has given us:
"I'm still not getting Dropbox receipts. I've closed my own Dropbox account, checked spam, and always loaded via the link on your website to be directed to Dropbox and use my correct email. I can't think of anything else I can do, so it looks like it's an issue at the Dropbox end."
How can we ensure she is receiving upload receipts?
Thanks!

Thanks for posting this on the Community, lkhewitson.
Can you ensure she’s also added no-reply@dropbox.com to her email contacts? It may help in some cases.
In her feedback, she mentioned that she’s closed her own Dropbox account. Did she mean that the account has been deleted?
If yes, keep in mind that users that have uploaded to file requests will get an email confirmation if the uploading is done while logged into a verified Dropbox account and their email address is linked to a verified Dropbox account.
This way, Dropbox ensures its notifications are delivered to Dropbox users and don’t get mistaken for spam.
Let me know once you have more updates, though.
