cli_link_nonce?nonce link doesn't let me signin
I know this error has been reported numerous times but...
I'm not on basic and this link worked a few weeks back when I reinstalled OS on my PC and now I'm setting up another one.

Is there an issue with Dropbox server now? Are there any other users experiencing the same?
seems to be working for me too when I stopped dropbox and started again.

I'm having this same issue with three different distros: Fedora 38, Ubuntu, Pop! OS. There's definitely something wrong with the URL used to link computers in Linux. I'm on a paid, family account. I've tried from both the command line and the official app. Weird thing is, it changes the URL every five seconds. I've also tried with both Firefox and Chrome browsers, same result.

Could you clarify where this link is being generated from?
Are you not able to install the Dropbox desktop application directly from the site?

Jay, Did you try install the application (especially more recent versions)? 🧐 Try before ask something reported already so many times. 🤷 There are number of bugs related to application generated links (yes, application - hope this answer one of your question) and as seems we have one more member of this bugs family - the link is not keep consistent (i.e. invalidates soon after issuing). All this happens after application install - hope this answers to the other question of you too. Report this directly to your design team; don't try workarounds only! There are workarounds, but not a solution - stable solution. Test your applications before release - your betas seem like alphas and you stable releases look like betas. 🤦

Experiencing the same thing on a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS.

Dropbox daemon version: 179.4.4985
Dropbox command-line interface version: 2019.02.14- anonymous
It just randomly worked for me. I quit Dropbox and started it again and it connected.
