Does the issue persist when you temporarily close the Adobe app completely H. Hanyang?

I've tried deactivating all running Adobe-related apps in the background, but the issue persists. Yesterday, when an Adobe PDF update ran, Dropbox temporarily started and synchronization worked. However, after restarting Windows, Dropbox is not starting again.

Thanks for the additional details H. Hanyang
Can you maybe try creating a new OS profile on your computer with admin privileges and try to install the Dropbox desktop app there, and let us know if the issue crops up again?

Hello H. Hanyang
Maybe I can help with this. Could you please send a screenshot of the error message "Dropbox has unexpectedly quit" to see how it looks visually? That could be a helpful indicator of what to do next.
Thanks,
Andrew (DBoxTips)

I'm Korean. The error message is also in Korean. I've attached a screenshot.

The error message means the following
Dropbox has crashed unexpectedly.
Your files are secure. Please restart Dropbox to resume syncing and other functions. - Nancy2 months agoDropbox Staff
H. Hanyang, regarding your previous post, keep in mind that Walter’s previous suggestion to set up a new user profile on your computer with admin rights is purely for troubleshooting reasons and we don’t expect you to have a separate profile to run the Dropbox app.
If you try this step though and it doesn’t help or if you can’t test this, let us know and we’ll further assist.

Thank you for the details H. Hanyang. That is helpful because it means that Dropbox is crashing internally due to a known reason, as opposed to an external startup crash. I can help with further troubleshooting this for you or Dropbox support could assist you if you open a ticket.

I noticed the moderators removed part of my post “due to Community Guidelines”. Moderators, I genuinely want to understand what specific community guidelines were enforced here, since I just posted an offer to help free of charge, no strings attached, nothing promotional or commercial.
Thanks,
