Single, Double and CTRL-Click from my shortcut and from my start menu all open File Explorer but not the App itself.

2 years agoCould you clarify where exactly your shortcut is? Are you clicking the Dropbox icon near the clock on the bottom right?

Shortcut here on the toolbar:
but I've also opened my Start Menu, and single clicked, double clicked, and CTRL-clicked on the Dropbox App there, as well as on the shortcut on my Desktop.

Thanks so much! The icon was hidden so I had to go find it. I signed in under preferences and now I can access my personal Dropbox via file explorer. Many thanks.
