Is it possible to allocate Dropbox to another internal SSD?

Since last year, Mac OS makes it impossible to allocate Dropbox on a different drive than the internal OS X SSD drive. It's been really frustrating because the extra costs for a larger internal SSD is so high.

So, I am considering switching to Windows. Is it possible to allocate Dropbox to another internal SSD?

    Yes. Several of my Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers have the Dropbox folder stored on a separate internal SSD.
