Dear Community,

Whenever I open the Dropbox app I get a pop-up message that a file was shared with me. I can then choose between „not now“ and „open“.
Since the file is no longer available I can’t open it. I don’t care about the file I just want the pop-up to disappear for good. Any recommendations?

Thank you and kind regards
Peter

Hey there @Peter Hagen, sorry to hear about this.

Can you clarify if you're referring to the mobile app or the desktop one?

If it's the former one, have you tried clearing the app's cache or reinstalling the app?

Let me know and we'll take it from there, Peter.

Deleting and re-installing the app seemed to have helped. Thanks! 🙏😊
