Dropbox start page white and not loading. The FIX

Searched and search and found a thread that dropbox locked for more comments, as they were unable to actually explain the issue or a resolution.

When loading the dropbox /home page it is just white and unresponsive, incognito browsing does not help, refreshing the page does not help, restarting the pc does not help, trying a different broswer does not help.

So this worked for me.

Press Ctrl+F5. In most browsers, pressing Ctrl+F5 will force the browser to retrieve the webpage from the server instead of loading it from the cache. Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Internet Explorer all send a “Cache-Control: no-cache” command to the server.
