Dropbox is no longer under Favorites after updating to macOS Sonoma 14.4.1

My Mac recently updated to Sonoma 14.4.1 and suddenly my dropbox is no longer in favorites and I can't drag it over.   I researched other inquires and tried the Preferences / Sync on Dropbox but it says I'm not eligible but my MacOS is at a high level.   It's such a pain now to find docs/attach to emails, etc...  so many more steps.

Hey @Mary Alice C.! Welcome to our forum.

If I get it right, you see that your device isn’t eligible for the Dropbox for macOS on File Provider update, correct? Can you clarify what’s your Dropbox folder’s current location in Finder?

I’d also like to know what happens when trying to drag the folder back to its previous location. If you right click on it instead, do you see an option to add it to your “Favorites” again?

Let me know what you find.

It was under Users... (my name)... I double clicked and found my Dropbox...  I think it might have worked as I could drag it over to left side under Documents
