Hello

I'm a DROPBOX PLUS user in 3 different PCs. Along more than a year the application does not open. But the icon appears on the taskbar and sincronization keeps functioning. But unable to see online folders, smart sync options, etc..

I have already reseted the Windows pasword, and in one of the PC made the cycle of unstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling the program with no results.

Is this an issue with W11?

Thanks

Hi Megan this is the contextual menu when clicking over a folder. I can not see online folders

I thing if it could be a problem of permits with W11?

Just reviewed firewall permits and ok.

Unable to see permits from ESET av. but doc from Dropbox says it is compatible.

Hey @Jose_Lascurain, just wanted to clarify something, to make sure I have this right.

It looks like the app is working fine, syncing, etc., all context menu items are there when you right-click on a file, but the issue is that you don't have the option to make your files online-only, right?

Can you check this page to see if the Dropbox system extension is enabled?

Working. From preferences menú at the dropbox icon at taskbar  it works and I can see and select only online folders. It looks that the only problem is that when clicking on the icon of programs it doesn't open.  At this point I don't know if I lose anything by only acessing by the icon on the taskbar and mnaging "preferences" contextual folders.  Thank you very much!
