Wenn Sie bereits über eine Anfragenummer mit einem Kundendienstmitarbeiter haben, so wäre es das Beste, wenn Sie direkt nochmals mit einer Nachricht auf die dortige Anfrage antworten.

 

Auf diese Weise kann der Kundendienst sich nochmals mit der Abwicklung der Rückerstattung befassen und die nötigen Detailinformationen überprüfen.
