Bonjour jaja,

 

 

Merci pour nous avoir contact;e via la communauté Dropbox. 

 

Habituellement cette erreur apparaît lorsque un antivirus ou un pare-feu est utilisé. Est-il possible pour vous dans ce cas de les suspendre temporairement pour voir si ceci en est la cause? 

 

Si l'erreur persiste, pouvez-vous tenter d'installer la version hors ligne de l'installateur disponible sur ce lien.

 

 

N'hésitez surtout pas à revenir vers moi si vous avez d'autres questions!
