View all folder and subfolder hierarchy within company dropbox
Is there a way to print out the whole hierachy of our company dropbox, including all subfolders and possibly to the document level? Our company is doing a major overhaul of our dropbox structure and I need to find out who is using which folders, when the last time they have been used, and to be able to download a list all of the folders and subfolderswithin their hiearchy to an excel spreadsheet. I am hoping that there is a quick way, rather than going into each folder manually as that will take forever to do.
- Hi there, currently there isn’t a way to print out the file structure of a Dropbox account, either for Personal or Business accounts.I can forward this idea to our dev team to see if this is something that can be implemented in future improvements to our services!

Hi,
Has there been any progress on this problem? https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Dropbox-teams-admins/View-all-folder-and-subfolder-hierarchy-within-company-dropbox/m-p/322496 and a similar post I found note that feedback was passed up but I do not see any signs in the UI.
I would be happy to do this myself in PowerShell, but it seems that Dropbox have chosen to use a machine-unfriendly folder name in the local paths for enterprise accounts, "Dropbox (NNN)" where NNN is a tag for my employer org. Spaces and parentheses should never be used in paths for production content.

HiDaphne ,
Please forgive the second thread but the original one locked me out of replying for some reason and got marked Solved when the issue I asked about has not been addressed in the 18 months since the previous request about it from a different customer.
Can you tell us anything about what happened after Jay said "I can forward this idea to our dev team to see if this is something that can be implemented in future improvements to our services!"
Thanks.
