Verification code does not receive by email
I have formatted my pc. Now I re-install my dropbox desktop application but after insert email and password, the system require me verification code by email. My email is [email removed as per Community Guidelines] but I not recevide this mail.
I try also to login by browsert web chrome or firefox but also in these browser, the system require me the verification code send by email. I no receive mail from drobox. I check also in spam folder but there aren't mail.
How can I fixed this issue ?

I have dropbox account. I used my work email address as my login. I left the company thus the email address has been cancelled. I'm trying to login to dropbox and it wants to send a 6 digit code to my old work email address- thus I cannot get the code. How can I change the email address associated with the dropbox account?

You can't without signing in to the account. Unless you have another active device already linked to the account, your only option will be to contact your old employer and ask them to reactivate your email address so you can receive the code.

We are having a similar problem. Our computer crashed, it had Dropbox files and was logged in wih an old emial address taht we no longer use. So it's not possible to access the authentification code as emial is not longer active and the computer that stored Dropbox files has crashed and not recoverable. Dropbox can you please give a hand?
Can a verification code be sent by SMS as I'm pretty sure that Dropbox account included my mobile number on set up.
