Privacy Amongst Viewers of Data for sharing files
My colleague who is the Admin for the Dropbox account provided me edit rights. I was asked to share files with outside constituents and am now concerned that each of these outside members/viewers can actually see one another and their respective email addresses. Please advise asap.
Thank You,
Chris

Hi cbvivere, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you confirm exactly how you're sharing files with other people?
Are you sharing files and folders directly, sharing links to these files or folders, creating Dropbox Transfer links, or some other method?
This will help me to assist further!

Per the screenshot below, I went to the Share drop-down menu and clicked Share with Dropbox. I then chose View rights only.
Thank You,
Chris
