No access to the email address of my account, so I can't get the security code.

Hello Dropbox Team,

 

When I log in to the Dropbox website, I am prompted to enter a code that is sent to: [email removed as per Community Guidelines]

 

Unfortunately, I no longer have the password for that email address, as it is stored in Dropbox as a file.

 

Are there any alternative ways to access the Dropbox account? I have tried all possible options, but unfortunately, I was not successful.

I know the password for the Dropbox account, but there's no need to share it here.

    Hey PYDIR, sorry to hear about this.

    Do you perhaps have any other devices that are linked to the account? The security code would be sent to those as well.

    If not, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team directly.

    You can do so by opening a private browsing window on your browser and going to this page.

    Make sure to put in an email address you are able to access, fill out the rest of the form and submit your request.

    Once you have your ticket number, please send it to us as well.
