No access to the email address of my account, so I can't get the security code.
My dropbox is registered under another email address.
I know the email address and the password, but when I try to log-in since I moved, it tells me that it's sent a security code to that other email address. I don't have access to that account as it was a student account.
All the solutions I've found so far require me to log into the inaccessible dropbox account. I couldn't even post here without making a brand new registration. Is there something I can do to recover that account as I've been paying for it for years, and I'd rather not lose everything in it.

Its unlikely you'll be able to get the account back. Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access for info.
You need to contact Dropbox support via www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in - even here so try using an incognito window. As a minimum they'll help cancel future payments for you.

That's beyond frustrating tbh.

Also it's not letting me contact customer support while not logged in. It just takes me around in circles or that useless AI chat window opens.

If you dont see the option you are still logged in.
Use an incognito window.
