I lost my Dropbox account plz recover

    How did you lose it? Was the account deleted? Have you not signed in to it for a while? If the account was idle for more than a year it would have been deleted due to inactivity.

      NOT DELETED 

      I USE EVERY DAY

      I do not sign in as dropbox normally opens on computer login but APP disappeared from this computer 

      Tried logging in on 4 other computers but only access the old dropbox account and NOT the subscription one

        Can I transfer my recently paid money to a new dropbox account as I cannot access the email address

      Hi, I have not been active on this for a few months.  When I sign in, it shows me my account but with no files - everything is gone.

        If you haven't signed in to an account for more than a year, the account is deleted due to inactivity.

         

        Are you sure you've signed in with the correct email address? If so, check your Events page. If it shows no activity, then either you've signed in to the wrong account, or you've signed-in to/created a new, empty account.
