I can't reset my password, I don't receive email.
Hello
I have to log in and cancel my family plan, but I can't log in to my account because I can't find my password. There are only 3 days left to renew my family plan. I added a dropbox email to my address book, but I couldn't get the email. I keep repeating this process, but I couldn't get the email. Please help.

Hi kkm3011! Thanks for posting this here.
I’m pretty sure you’ve checked this already, but the email isn’t located in your email’s spam folder either, correct?
When was the last time you received a Dropbox email to that address?
Have you perhaps opened a support ticket with our team about this? If yes, I’d like you to send me your ticket number.
Keep me posted for any updates.

Yeah. It wasn't even in the spam folder. Originally, there was a family account manager, but he left, so there's no way to contact him. So our CEO made the same email as the manager's account, logged in, and was designated as an administrator, but after so long, I forgot the password. The address doesn't come to the account I made with the same email address as the old manager. ㅠ-ㅠ
And I've never opened a support teget number.- NancyDropbox Staff
Thanks for clarifying that! I searched our system a bit in the meantime, and I can see there’s a ticket open for your case.
Our team will review it and will get back to you as soon as possible to this email address.
