Bogus DropBox Emails

My client's email address book got compromised years ago; which we have since fixed.  Nonetheless, our vendors and customers continue to receive bogus emails from a different email address than our domain asking them to View on DropBox a bogus, probably infected, PDF file.  Is there a way to find the offending file/folder and have DropBox delete it and their account?  This is causing much confusion and ire from out vendors.  Thank you.
