You can follow https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/change-email to change emails.
But you'll need a third one to swap in while you move them around 🙂

Super User IIYou cannot move things between accounts I'm afraid - they are completely standalone.
All you can do is move the email addresses around so that the account you have upgraded is the one with your Business email
