Why am I not eligible for a free trial of the Dropbox Plus plan?
Why is it that I'm not eligible for the free trial of the plus? When It states a "Try Free for 30 days" and when I try to subscribe it, it says not eligible for it.

Hi there Zeuswa - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you please clarify if you had ever started a trial from this Dropbox account in the past?
If you did, it's normal that you're not eligible for another one now.
In that case, you can use another Dropbox account (associated with a different email address of yours) and use the trial from there.
I hope this helps a tad and please keep us posted with any updates.

Hello Walter, No I haven't used it in this account. As you can see if I have used it in the past, the free trial won't show because I've used it in the past, but I haven't used it yet so that's why it's there. But when I try to make a subscription on the free trial I'm not eligible.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain. I'm sorry that my English is not great but please bare with it.

Hi Zeuswa. If you really want to take advantage of the 30 day trial, you can try the next plan up which is the Professional plan 3TB and then if you decide to continue with a paid plan, you can just cancel the trial and purchase the Plus plan when you are ready to commit to a paid Plus plan 2TB already. Let me know if this works for you.
