Upgraded my account, but the email is incorrect
I recently upgraded my plan, but inadvertently input the email address not associated with my current account. It won't allow me to link the two. How do I get credit for the upgrade with the account ...

I guess I am creating the new account with the email address I used to get more Dropbox storage. Almost wishing I wouldn't have upgraded now.

This is quite a confusing situation, indeed, Timdaug .
I hope you don't mind me jumping in.
If you have two accounts, but only one of them is upgraded, you can share the files of the free account with the upgraded one, so they're accessible from there.
And if you want your upgraded account to have the email address of the free one, what you can do is what Jay suggested.
Basically, use a third, placeholder address on the free account, to free up the email it's already using.
Then you should be able to use it for your upgraded account.
I hope that makes sense!
