Upgraded my account, but the email is incorrect
I recently upgraded my plan, but inadvertently input the email address not associated with my current account. It won't allow me to link the two. How do I get credit for the upgrade with the account ...

Hi timdaug, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Just for clarification, is the email address completely wrong, or is there a typo on it?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app?
This will help me to assist further!
- Timdaug2 years agoNew member | Level 2I believe that I upgraded via an email invite. A totally different email. I have a Google email, and the others one that I used to open the free Dropbox account

Hi timdaug, as you've replied under a different account name, this means that you have a second Dropbox account under another email.
Are you able to login to the other Dropbox account? If you're not sure of the email, have you tried the card lookup tool?
- Timdaug2 years agoNew member | Level 2No. Sorry. I'm pretty inept, as evidenced by the stupid error. I guess I now have two accounts, as when I try to sign in to either with the other email, it says it's already in use. Have no idea about this card tool you refer to. I can try it. What do I do? And will I be able to join the accounts?
